Cranberry honey is made from honeybees pollinating the cranberry bogs when they go into bloom! The water in the bogs are lowered down and the blossoms are exposed for the bees to pollinate and make honey off of. This is a strong tasting honey with hints of cranberry. Very popular!
I love this in tea, as well as making a chicken stir-fry with cranberry honey, olive oil, and minced garlic!
